BookPGnow marketplace checkout currently covers bookings, deposits, visits and services rather than shipped merchandise. There is therefore no item to post back, no return warehouse and no exchange of physical goods under these transactions.

- A future physical-goods checkout must show its own return address and conditions
- This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies
Service problems
If accommodation, a visit or a local service is unavailable, not delivered, materially different from the recorded description or disputed, report it against the booking reference. BookPGnow may request safe evidence and will distinguish non-delivery, partial delivery, quality complaints and customer cancellation.
- Report from the signed-in booking where possible
- Do not send PINs, OTPs or full identity/payment credentials
- Urgent safety matters go to local emergency services first
Available outcomes
Depending on the recorded terms, evidence and applicable law, the outcome may include correction, rescheduling, provider re-performance, cancellation, a full or partial refund, or a reasoned denial. Any approved cash refund is routed under the refund policy to the original payment method where supported.
