What the request does
A deletion request starts a controlled review; it does not instantly remove the account. We first verify the requester, check active bookings, payments, refunds, complaints, safety holds and legal retention obligations, then erase or de-identify eligible data.

- Open bookings or refunds may need resolution first
- Eligible profile and preference data is erased or de-identified
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when needed for tax and accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud and security, dispute defence, owner or tenant safety, or another legal obligation. Retained data is restricted from unrelated use and the outcome records the reason.

Before you submit
Download anything you need, settle active transactions and save invoices. After fulfilment, access to the account and linked tenant features may stop and deleted information may not be recoverable.
